Follow these simple steps…
1. Take a deep breath in, close your eyes and breathe out.
2. Count backwards slowly from 100-95
3. Say your positive statement slowly and with conviction, 3 times.
4. Count up slowly 95-100
5. Breathe in a revitalising colour, and open your eyes and breathe out
